Imprinting Services
We can custom imprint
nearly any item with your logo. We have a fully
functional onsite imprinting department. Each of
the items listed in or catalog list the size of the imprintable item
to more easily assist you. Nearly all of the prices listed include
one imprint on our items.
Listed below are more details about custom imprinting:
Normal Production:
On all catalog items, imprinted 2-4 weeks
from artwork approval, non-imprinted items, 1-2 weeks. Contact factory
for special situations. Rush orders: 3-10 day service is available
on most items. Please contact factory for stock availability.

Unit Price:
Includes 1 color/one location imprint
only. 2nd color- call for additional color costs depending on item.
Screen/Setup charges:
Initial order $45.00(v). Exact reorder setup $31.25 (v). Overruns/Underruns:
For imprinted merchandise, we reserve the right to ship 5% over or under
the amount of the order on most items. Contact factory for details.
PMS Matching:
$57.00 (v)
Artwork:
Electronic artwork is preferred. Format should be
Illustrator EPS Vector or Photoshop EPS. Text should be converted to outlines.
If artwork requires touch-up, typesetting, layout or any necessary preparations,
there will be a minimum charge of $30.00 (v). Typesetting $15 (v) minimum
charge. Customer will be notified if additional work is necessary.
Because the quality of the finished imprint is dependent on the quality
of the submitted art, we URGE clients to obtain the cleanest possible art
available. Scanned art must be 1200DPI at final size of artwork.
All fonts and/or placed images must be included or converted to outlines
(or curves) prior to emailing.
Paper Proofs:
A Pre-Production Paper Proof
will be prepared for a charge of $10.00(v) Subsequent paper Proofs carry
a $20 (v) change of copy fee if the customer requests an addition, deletion,
or change. Errors on our part will be corrected and faxed at no charge.
Imprint Size and location:
Unless specified by customer
we will follow the imprint location as illustrated in the catalog. ALL sizes
in catalog are approximate.
Less than minimum:
Imprinted merchandise will
incur a $100.00 (p) charge for quantities less than published minimum. Non-imprinted
merchandise no LTM will apply if quantities ordered are in full case packs.
